9” Pie Crust
¼ lb. Swiss Cheese, cubed
½ lb. ham steak or other (spinach)
3 eggs
1 cup cream (or milk)
1Tbsp. flour
Dash salt & Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cover bottom of crust with layer of ham and cheese. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and beat. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
Also, sprinkle some shredded cheddar or mozzarella on top.
