¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sugar plus 2 Tbsp
4 cups bread (1 French baguette cubed)
1¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat whipping cream, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup milk and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and put in 1 cup chocolate chips and whip until smooth. Mix together egg and vanilla and gradually add to whipped chocolate mixture. Set aside for at least 10 minutes. (I set aside for an hour+ while preparing meal) Before placing in oven add rest of chocolate chips, bread and pour into 6x8. Casserole dish and sprinkle the 2 Tbsp sugar on top. Cook around 45-50” at 325 degrees. I usually put in the oven when we sit down to dinner…than warm when served and typically topped with ice cream…all this is optional.
