24 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Top layer:
16 ounces sour cream
¼ C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. lemon extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Beat cream cheese till fluffy, gradually add sugar beat 1 egg at a time in then, add vanilla. Bake at 375º till set, about 35 minutes. Prepare top layer. Beat sour cream 2 minutes then add the rest beat one minute. Put on cheesecake after it's cooled (about 10 minutes) bake at 500 for 5 minutes.
