14 oz. pkg Eckrich Smoked Sausage (cut into ½" slices)
Handful chopped white onion
Handful chopped green and red pepper
15 oz. pinto beans, or black beans (drained)
16 oz. jar mild salsa
2 cups chicken broth or stock
1 lb. block soft, easy-melt cheese (Velveeta)
1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In the morning, toss the following into your slow cooker: onion, pepper, chicken broth, salsa, cheese (cubed) and pinto beans. Turn on slow cooker (4 hours on high or 7 hours on low). When serving, top with crushed tortilla chips. Very delicious!!
