1 pkg cream cheese
1 pkg old cheddar cheese grated
¼ cup each
parmesan cheese
chopped green pepper
green onion
1 tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Drop mix by spoonfuls to form ring around a glass on serving plate.
Smooth with spatula. Remove glass.

Sprinkle with mixture of ¼ cup each chopped parsley, toasted pecans and red pepper.
