Cake:
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
c vegetable oil
2 c plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
tsp salt
1 medium can fruit cocktail

Icing:
c coconut
1 stick butter
c canned milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:
Blend sugar, oil and eggs. Cream well. Drain juice from fruit cocktail. Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour, fruit cocktail and juice as needed to moisten. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Icing:
Mix ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cake.
