1 can Alaska pink salmon
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon thoroughly and put in mixing bowl.
Flake salmon with fork and add onion, cornmeal, flour, mayo, and egg. Blend well and shape into patties. Cook in oil over medium heat until brown on each side turning once while frying. The mayonnaise helps the patties hold their shape and stay moist.
