Ingredients:  
6 chicken breasts, boned or boneless
1 tsp Beau Monde seasoning
c flour
6 tbsp margarine
1 c cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
c white wine or sherry (cooking wine)
2 c sauteed fresh mushrooms or an 8 oz can of mushrooms drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Beau Monde and flour. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Brown chicken in margarine and transfer to casserole dish. Combine mushroom soup, sour cream and wine. Add mushrooms and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
