Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp baking soda mixed with 1 c sour cream
c flour
tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla

Topping:
c sugar
tsp cinnamon
c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream with soda, dry ingredients and the large amount of vanilla. Pour into a greased bundt pan with a tube. Sprinkle on topping and dot with extra butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. When done open oven door and allow cake to stay in oven until it has cooled. Remove from pan immediately after taking out of oven.
