Group 1
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin (cut in 3.4 inch squares)
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1.4 tsp white pepper

Group 2
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Group 3
6 small sweet pickles
3 small carrots
1 small green pepper
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
3/4 cup water

Group 4
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp molasses
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch

Vegetable oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in group 1 adding the pork last. Refrigerate for 20 minutes
2. Combine all the ingredients in group 2 and set aside.
3. In a large skillet combine all the ingredients of group 3 and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a large sauce pan.
5. Remove the pork mixture and combine the mixture from group 2.
6. deep fry the pork in small batches thoroughly cooking the pork.
7. Combine the ingredients in group 4 in a bowl and stir into the sauce until thick.
8. Pour over the fried pork pieces.
9. Serve with rice
