2 lb frozen southern style hashbrown potatoes
c melted margarine
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes and combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl or pan. Put in a large casserole dish lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake 1 hours at 350.

This is much better if you let it sit overnight. I always make it a day ahead and refrigerate overnight.
