1 small pkg. sugar free Jello, any flavor
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Add 1-2 c. ice cubes & stir until Jello starts to thicken, about 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add a small amount of the Jello (2 Tsp) to the cream cheese. Beat until smooth & creamy. Add the cheese mixture to the rest of the Jello; beat on high until foamy. Pour into serving dishes & chill until set.
