1/2 c chopped onion
2 T butter, divided in half
2 c cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. chopped cooked broccoli, drained
1 c Cheez Whiz
1 c Ritz cracker crumbs to cover the top

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute onion in 1T of the butter until tender
Add cooked and drained rice, soup, broccoli, and Cheez Whiz. Mix well.
Spray a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with Pam.
Spoon into the dish, and even out to the edges.
Sprinke cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
Melt the remaining butter. and drizzle over the crumbs.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
