1 c. millet
2½ c. water or 3 c. for better texture
½ c. green onions, chopped
½ c. parsley, chopped
½ c. carrots, grated or finely diced
½ c. toasted sunflower seeds
1 T. tamari
1 tsp. dill or your favorite herb or ¼ c. fresh dill
1-2 tsp. ghee or sesame oil
1 - 2 tsp. toasted cumin seeds
1 - 2 tsp. coriander powder
½ - 1 c. tahini kuzo gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and carrots in the ghee or oil, adding the cumin seeds for the last few minutes. Add this and all other ingredients to the millet and mix well. Hands work well for mixing. Adjust seasonings.. Make into patties and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake at 375º for about 40 minutes or until crisp on top. It could be make into a loaf instead.

Cooking the miller:
Toast millet in skillet for a few minutes. Put in boiling water, lower heat and simmer about 20 - 25 minutes.

Serve with rice gravy or as burgers with fixings.
