2 fresh garlic cloves, minced then crushed
teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoons Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (not bottled)
1 teaspoon sugar
5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
teaspoon basil leaves
teaspoon oregano leaves
teaspoon parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a jar and shake well. For a creamier dressing, add all ingredients except oil to a blender and pulse several times to mix ingredients. With blender running, slowly pour oil into blender until mixture is creamy. Refrigerate.
