1 can of artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 can of crab meat back fin is fine
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. Wisconsin cheddar cheese
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese in microwave for about thirty seconds. Place in pot with heavy cream and heat on low till incorporated. Add artichokes, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Mix till blended. Add at the end the Wisconsin cheddar and mix then add the crab meat. If too thick, add a bit more cream. Serve with crusty French bread.
