2 eggs
⅔ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ to ⅔ cup water
4 tablespoons finely grated pecorino Romano cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 lbs ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix first 7 ingredients together. Add ground beef and mix well. Scoop up lightly, being careful not to compact it too much and form mixture into meatballs. Bake on sheet pan lined with parchment paper for approximately 20 – 30 minutes. Cut a meatball, taken from the center of pan, in half to check for doneness and continue cooking if needed. Mangia!
