2 lbs. cooked, chopped, boneless chicken
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
8 corn tortillas, torn in
6 oz. cheddar cheese
chili powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray. Saute onions and green peppers with olive oil until onion is translucent. Combine onions, green peppers, and all other ingredients. Mix together gently, spoon into casserole dish. Bake 45 min. at 350. Sprinkle Chili powder on top.
