Lean beef patty (or other desired meat choose)
2 cup mix of zucchini and yellow squash
¼ cup onion
½ sliced carrots

Directions:
Place beef patty in the middle of a large sheet of foil. Salt and pepper. Stack vegetables on top of beef patty. Salt and pepper. Scrunch up the foil to make what looks like a hobo’s bag. Place on a baking sheet. Cook on 350 for approx. 1 hr.
