1 cup butter, softened
⅓ cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 large or extra-large eggs
2 teaspoons very good vanilla
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup of nuts (walnuts or pecans), optional
10-ounce bag of miniature marshmallows

Frosting:
¼ cup butter, softened
⅓ cup canned evaporated milk
1 teaspoon very good vanilla
⅓ cup cocoa
1 ⅔ cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. To make the brownies: Cream together, butter, sugar and cocoa with an electric mixer. Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each one, until all 4 are added. Add vanilla. Add flour, ½ cup at a time, until all is added, but don’t over beat, just mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Cover immediately with miniature marshmallows and cook 3 more minutes. Cool for 1 hour. To make the frosting: Beat all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth, frost brownies and enjoy!
