2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons (good) vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups ground walnuts or pecans (I pulse them in my food processor)
1 - 14-ounce package of Hershey kisses
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Gradually add flour until well blended. Stir in ground nuts, chill dough in the refrigerator. Mold about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough around each chocolate kiss, covering candy completely. Bake at 375, convection oven, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. When completely cool, dust with powdered sugar.
