50g Butter
150ml water
65g plain flour (sifted)
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter and water gently in a saucepan, bring to the boil and remove from the heat.
Tip in all the flour and beat to a smooth paste with a wooden spoon so it forms a ball.
Leave to cool for a few minutes.
Then add in the beaten eggs a little bit at a time until the paste gets a glossy sheen to it.
Keep beating until it turns into a thick paste.
Place mixture with a spoon onto a baking sheet in the shape of a ring.

Bake at 200º celcius(400ºF) for 40-45 mins

Once cooked cut it through the middle horizontally so you have a top and bottom shaped ring
Let the ring cool down and then you can fill the middle with whatever filling you like(cream/custard) and you can put whatever topping you like(chocolate/icing)
