1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs - beat. Add bananas, milk and lemon juice, mix. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in well greased loaf pan for 1 hour.
