¾ c. butter 1 c. pacans 1 ½ c. flour 1 c. powdered sugar 1 8 oz. cream cheese 1 12 oz. Cool Whip 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk
Melt butter and add pecans and flour. Pour into 11X13 pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350. Mix and spread sugar, cream cheese, and 1/2 of Cool Whip over first layer. Chill until set. Spread pudding over second layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
