1 package Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
¼ cup hot tap water (120º-130ºF)
3 tablespoons chopped chives
¾ cup dairy sour cream
2 eggs

Directions:
Grease 18 muffin cups. In large bowl, combine yeast from hot roll mix, half of flour mixture, 2 tablespoons melted butter (reserve remainder for top of rolls) and all other ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in remaining mix. Blend thoroughly. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls, placing two spoonfuls of dough in each muffin cup. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon reserved melted butter over each roll. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 35 to 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375º. Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown.

HIGH ALTITUDE - 5200 Feet:
Bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes.
