Granulated sugar (1½ cups total)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbs. cocoa
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
½ cup butter
3 eggs, unbeaten
1¼ cups sour cream
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating oven to 375º. Make filling as follows: in small bowl, combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar, cinnamon, cocoa and walnuts; set aside.

Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder.

In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter until light; gradually add 1 cup granulated sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour mixture, alternately with sour cream.

Into greased 9” tube pan, turn half of batter; top with filling; spread remaining batter evenly over filling.

Bake 1 hour, or until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out of pan, and finish cooling on wire rack; when cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
