1 lb browned ground beef (elk burger is best)
1 onion chopped
6 red potatoes quartered and chunked
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
2 tsp pepper
4 oz grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except the cheese) in the crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 6 hours. In the last 15 minutes add the grated cheese.
