1 dozen 6" flour tortillas
4 large chicken breasts cooked and cut in 2" cubes
2 cans chicken mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
3/4 lb grated jack cheese (3 cup package already shredded)
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small can chopped green chilies
3/4 lb grated cheddar cheese (3 cup package already shredded)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl mix soup, sour cream, green onion, olives, green chili's, and 1/2 the cheese. Set aside 2 cups of mixture. Add chicken to the bowl and mix. Fill and roll tortillas from the mix in bowl and place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Cover with the 2 cups of mixture set aside and sprinkle remaining cheese over all.

I have made this by simply layering the tortillas, sauce and cheese. It tastes just the same!
