7 large eggs, 5 large egg yolks, 1 cup half & half, 1 cup heavy whipping cream,
cup mozzarella cheese, cup Swiss cheese, cup gruyere cheese,
cup sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped oil-packed)
1 tsp. salt free seasoning blend, tsp. dried oregano

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine eggs, egg yolks, half & half, whipping cream,
Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, gruyere cheese, cup cheddar, (all shredded), tomatoes, seasoning, oregano. Pour into a greased 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese

2. Bake 45-50 minutes. (bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean).
Let stand 12 minutes before cutting.

Option: Securely wrap individual pieces of cooled quiche in plastic and foil; freeze. To use, partially thaw
in refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Pre-heat oven to 350. Unwrap and reheat in oven until heated completely and thermometer inserted in center reads 165.
