Coconut Topping:
Mix 1 cup sugar,1 egg, slightly beaten, 1 cup coconut, 2 T flour and just a little milk to spread on dough.

Peanut Butter Topping:
Mix 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 T peanut butter and enough milk to spread on cake dough AFTER it has been baked and cooled.

Apricot Topping:
Drain apricots, and thicken the juice with flour or cornstarch with sugar to taste. Mix with the apricots and spread on top of dough either before or after baking.
Cherry or other fruits may be used as well.

Apple Topping:
On unbaked dough, spread melted oleo, then place thin slices of apple, inserting in the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and then bake.

Cheese Topping:
2 eggs,beaten well
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1T cornstarch
Mix ingredients in a blender, spread on unbaked dough. May sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake.
