First layer:
1 stick butter or oleo
2 eggs
1 Duncan Hines Butter cake mix

Second layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter or oleo
2 eggs
1 # (1 box) powered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Mix ingredients of first layer and pour into a 9 x 13" pan.

Mix ingredients of second layer and pour over the first layer.

Bake for one hour.
