24 oz frozen shredded potatoes
1 c shredded cheddar
salt and pepper
1 c shredded pepper jack
12 eggs
2 c chopped ham or cooked
2 c half & half
sausage
1 tsp season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 baking pan. Add the frozen shredded potatoes to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs together. Then add half and half, season salt, cheddar, pepper jack, meat. Pour over the top of frozen potatoes. Cover with foil and Refrigerate 2 hours OR overnight.Bake covered at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
