1 stick of unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup pineapple juice
2lbs. pineapple chunks
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cups coconut
1 stick butter sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10x13 pan pour the melted butter then stir. Then pour in the pineapple juice and stir together well. Take the cake mix and sprinkle entire box on top of the juice and butter mixture, then take the other stick of butter cut into squares and place all over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 40-60 mins.Rotating at 90 degree angle every 15 mins. Pull out when done, Pour coconut on top, Enjoy.
