1/4 c chopped red onion
3 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp butter
4 eggs beaten
12 oz artichoke hearts
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts. Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Mix eggs, artichokes, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings then add onions and garlic. Turn into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until set. Cut into squares.
