Leiding, Sharyn and Ken

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. (heaping) honey
1 tbsp. dry powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
pound bread flour (about 2 cups)
7 ounces water
1 tsp. instant dry yeast

Assuming the bread machine has a yeast compartment,

1. Add the oil and honey into the bread pan.

2. In a container (at least 2 cups) add:
pound of bread flour. Add
1 tbsp. of dry powdered milk and
1 tsp. of salt to the top of the container.
3. Add the contents of the container to the bread pan.

4. Add the water (7 ounces) to the bread pan.

5. Put the bread pan into the bread machine.

6. Add the yeast (1 tsp.) to the yeast compartment.

7. Start the machine.

8. When the time is done lift the bread pan out of the machine and shake out the loaf. Let the loaf breathe for at least 15-30 minutes before bagging it.

NOTE: If your machine does not have a yeast compartment, add the water (7 ounces) before putting the dry ingredients into the bread pan. Then make a slight depression in the dry ingredients and put the yeast into the depression.
