3 eggs, beaten ... 1 - 16 oz. can corn or fresh is even better
2 T. flour ... 1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk or half & half ... salt and pepper
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add corn, salt, pepper, flour, sugar and mix well. Stir in milk and pour into greased casserole dish. Pour butter over top but do not stir! Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Stir and serve.
