3/4 C + 1 T Corn Starch
3/4 C + 1 T Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 C Sugar
6 egg yolks
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Prepare your double boiler

Add all ingredients into pan and combine till mixed - continue stirring mixture till thickened*

*Mixture is considered thick when a spoon is lifted from the mixture and as you allow the chocolate to run and it holds its drip like writing on the top

Remove from heat and add 1/2 stick of butter and 1 T vanilla

Stir till butter and vanilla is incorporated.

Let cool. Pudding will form a leathery top - you can mix it back into the pudding

Pour into 4 ox cups

Refrigerate and enjoy
