1 lb. chicken breast, cubed
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. oil
4 c. chicken broth
31 oz. great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped chiles
1 T. salt
1 T. cumin
1 T. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. sour cream
c. heavy whipping cream
c. shredded Monterey Jack

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in oil. Add chicken, cooking and stirring constantly. Add broth, starting with 2 c. then adding more if necessary. Add the beans, chiles and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, cream and cheese.
