2 c. flour
c. sugar
c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
c. milk
1 egg
c. margarine
1 c. White chocolate chips
1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries

STREUSEL TOPPING:
⅓ c. sugar
c. flour
tsp. cinnamon
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugars, and baking powder. Add milk, egg, and margarine. Mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and berries. Put into muffin tins.

STREUSEL TOPPING:
Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Divide onto muffins. Bake at 375F. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
