3/4 cup Light Karo syrup
2 cups sugar

cook first 3 ingredients until 300 degrees

Immediately pour candy mixture onto a heavy duty baking sheet lined with heavy duty foil that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Let the hard candy cool completely. This will take about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the heat of your kitchen


Break into small pieces using a kitchen mallet or heavy measuring cup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and stir.
