1 c. honey 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. carob powder 1 c. shelled sunflower seeds ½ c. toasted sesame seeds ½ c. flaked coconuts ½ c. chopped walnuts ½ c. raisins
In large saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter. Stir constantly till smooth. Remove from heat and stir in carob powder. Mix well and add all other ingredients. Press into buttered 8x8x2” pan and chill several hours or overnight. Cut into 1” squares. Store in refrigerator.
