1 stick margarine
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 baby jars- carrot
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in food processor on S blade
Spray cupcake holders lightly with pam
Bake 350 for 15 minutes or 8 minutes for mini ones

Made 80 small ones
