Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread Recipe

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. chocolate chips

Blend the butter and sugar. Add eggs and pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Grease loaf pan with butter and coat with sugar (for best results cut a piece of wax paper for the bottom of the pan). Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until done.
(makes one loaf or 4 mini loaves)
