2 c. chopped Tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped Onion
4 cloves Garlic chopped
1/4 chopped Basil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients up and Place on pieces of crusty bread. When you have the summer crop of tomatoes coming in this is a great way of using them.
