Cilantro 1/2c.
Lime 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Jalapeno 1 chile

Chop up tomatoes, onions,Garlic Chop up cilantro .Remove stalks and keep leaves.Squeeze juice from limes and mix in.Add salt and pepper. Add Chopped Jalapeņo.However taste Chile to see how hot it is. if hot remove seeds and viens.

Home made salsa is so much better then jar salsa. It really mixes up quick. You can adjust the ingredients to your own tastes. Tomatoes from my garden are so much better then store bought. Except the tomatoes from the farm at the Salton Sea are perfect for this recipe. The tomatoes are great until it gets too hot around the end of May. Then my garden takes over.
