2 cups light cream (or Half and Half)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
1 Garlic Clove - halved
1 Lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese - grated (about 6 cups)
3 Tablespoons Flour
1-2 loaves French bread torn or cut into serving pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot over low, heat the light cream, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and halves of garlic. Stir constantly until hot but not boiling. Discard the garlic halves. Mix the shredded cheese with the flour, coating all the flour. Drop cheese by handfuls into the liquid mixture until all is smooth. Season with salt. Broil pieces of French bread until slightly browned. Serve hot with pieces of French bread for dipping.
