3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
½ tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove of chopped garlic
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease oblong 13 x 9 pan. Mix all ingredients together and spread into pan. Bake until golden brown 25 to 45 minutes. Cut into 2 x 1 inch pieces. Makes about 4 dozen appetizers. You can also add 1 pound of browned ground meat or sausage (drain off fat) to the mixture to make a wonderful one dish meal!
