6-8 pork chops, with the bone
Salt and pepper
1 cup beef broth
1. Can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg Italian seasoning
1 pkg of dry onion soup mix
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 large onion
1 pk mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops in olive and butter, until both sides are brown
Take out of pan, scrape bottom to get all the juices
Sauté onions and mushrooms
Add beef broth, chicken soup, mushrooms soup, chicken broth,
Simmer for about 5 minutes, add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning,
Dry onion soup and gravy mix
Put pork chops in crock pot, add rest on ingredients on top
Simmer for about 4-5 hrs on low

Great over rice or mashed potatoes
