1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped, optional
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 c mayonaise, optional
1 to 2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro

To keep guacamole green, place in an airtight container, smooth the surface with a spoon and pour 1/2 inch water over the top.
