2 tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 cup chopped Onions
3 cloves Garlic-minced
1 ¼ lb. Ground Turkey
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
¾ cup Catsup or 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet and cook onions and garlic in butter for 5 min. stirring occasionally. Place in large bowl to cool for 5 min. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, ¼ cup catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper in onion mixture. Press into greased or sprayed 8"X 4" loaf pan. Spread remaining catsup on top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes (internal temp of 165). Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
